Our Dine to Donate program is a fun and easy way for AVO TACO to assist in raising funds for 501(c)(3) organizations including:
K-12 Schools
Youth and Community Groups
University Groups
Community Organizations

If your request falls into one of the categories above, please submit an online application at least 3-4 weeks before the event date. If your request is approved, we will contact you.

Available all-day-long on Wednesdays only, please note that we do not book events on holidays.

When your friends and family hand in your organization’s event flyer on the day of the event, 10% of all food and beverage sales (excluding tax and gratuity) will be donated directly back to your organization.

If sales are over $1,000 for your event, we will donate 12%; over $2,000, we will donate 15%.

Please note that if your event generates $250 in sales or less, we will issue you a $25 gift certificate instead – you may raffle it off or use as you see fit.

Checks will be mailed to name and address provided in approximately 2-3 weeks. No coupons or discounts may be applied or used for fundraiser events. Not valid for delivery.

AVO TACO will make up a flyer to promote your night. Flyers cannot be distributed on / near AVO TACO the day of the event.

Please email marketing@rootedhg.com: full name, phone number, email address, organization information (name, type, full address,), your 501(c)(3) or tax-exempt ID form, as well as two Wednesday dates at least 3-4 weeks from the date of submission. Please also include information about your organization, as well as your estimated # of supporters.
